She was also rendered infertile by the experiments done to her. This did not prevent her from being mysteriously impregnated later in the series and having a son named William.

The man's real name was Kevin Thompson, and he had mind control powers that neutralized Jessica's super strength on "Jessica Jones". David Tennant gave a very believable performance as Kilgrave. David has also played Doctor Who.

In the "Supernatural" pilot, Sam had been accepted to law school. The reappearance of his brother Dean in his life, and subsequent supernatural murder of his girlfriend Jess, caused Sam to rejoin the family business of hunting demons. "Supernatural" was given the green light for a thirteenth season to begin airing in fall of 2016.

Unlike Spike, who sought his soul, Angelus was cursed with soul and began to refer to himself as simply Angel. Though they were technically the same person, Angelus was the brutal killer portion of Angel's mind. Fox was also abducted near the end of the series' original run, and gone for many months. David Duchovny played Fox, and like Gillian Anderson, had been doing so for 23 years as of 2016, when a six episode tenth season was aired.

After having a behavioral modification chip implanted into his brain, Spike slowly began to work with Buffy instead of his single minded pursuit of killing her. He fell in love with her, but not before dating vampires Drusilla and Harmony. Angel also had relations with Drusilla, and he loved Buffy, but he never had any kind of romantic link o Harmony. Spike sacrificed himself in the series finale of "Buffy", but was returned to Wolfram and Hart by Lindsey McDonald. James Marsters played Spike on both "Buffy" and "Angel".
