Heckles' window. We never saw how Rachel got down, but Monica helped her to the ER. She claimed to have a foot or ankle injury, which kind of made no sense, based on what we saw.

It took Joey a moment to realize most twins celebrate the same birth date (Joey was taking Ursula). Not all though, I actually know twins born on different dates, five minutes apart.

Rachel pretended to be Monica in order to use her health insurance. They stumbled over their switched identities as the "cute, young" doctors came in to check out Rachel's injury, which turned out to be only a sprain.
