"Gilligan's Island" ran from 1964 to 1967. It was about seven people stranded on a tropical island. Among the castaways was Thurston Howell III, an erudite millionaire, and his vivacious wife Eunice "Lovey" Wentworth Howell.

Answer: Shirley and Reuben

Shirley Partridge was the matriarch on "The Partridge Family". This was a series about a widow leading her five children on a musical tour. Reuben Kincaid was their manager, who was like a father figure to the children.

"Good Times" premiered in 1974. James and Florida Evans were living on the South Side of Chicago with their three children, providing them with a stern, but loving, upbringing. James Evans died in 1976 in a car accident, just days after starting a new job in Mississippi just as the family preparing to move out there with him. Florida Evans left a year later, moving to Arizona with her new husband, Carl Dixon.

She did, however, return after another year without Carl and not mentioning what happened to him.

Archie and Edith Bunker were from "All In The Family". They remained married until Edith's death and Archie had not remarried. Maude and Walter Findlay ("Maude"), were recently married when the show began in 1972. This was Maude's fourth marriage. Mike Brady ("The Brady Bunch"), was a widower who met Carol Tyler Martin, divorcee. Carol's divorce was not allowed to be mentioned on the show during the series run, but producer Sherwood Schwartz confirmed it, and had planned on using it on the show. Philip Drummond ("Diff'rent Strokes"), was a long time widower and met a divorcee named Maggie McKinney.
5. On "Happy Days", what feat did Howard and Marion Cunningham say they accomplished?

Answer: They raised two wonderful kids

In "Happy Days"'s final episode (1984), Howard and Marion's daughter, Joanie, married Chachi Arcola. Their son, Richie, had previously married Lori Beth Allen. Howard made a toast which stated that now "both" their children were married (no reference to their other son, Chuck) and although they never did anything exciting, they had the joy of seeing their two kids and their friends grow up to be decent adults and couldn't ask for more than that.

"Roseanne" debuted in 1988 and was the saga of the dysfunctional Conner family. Roseanne and her husband Dan won $108,000,000 in the lotto. This was during the final season and the rest of the series centered around their new found wealth. In the last episode, however, Roseanne had revealed that this never happened.

Answer: Doug and Carrie Heffernan

Doug and Carrie Heffernan were the principle characters of "King of Queens", the saga of a young married couple in Queens, N.Y. Several years after their wedding, they discover a $1,500 check from friends as a wedding present. They use the money to go to New Orleans and make every effort to keep it from their friends.

George and Louise Jefferson from "The Jeffersons" were a longtime married couple in New York City.
