Howard's dad, not Leonard's, abandoned him and his mother when he was a child.

In "The Peanut Reaction" (S1E16), we discover that Leonard didn't celebrate his birthdays as a child, because his parents focused on rewarding him for achievements. Instead of celebrating Christmas, his family studied its implication on society and wrote research papers ("The Maternal Congruence" - S3E11).

Michael Hofstadter is a tenured law professor at Harvard. He is eight inches taller than Leonard and was said to be engaged to a court judge.

As mentioned by Sheldon in "The Codpiece Topology" (S2E2), male pattern baldness runs in his family, although Leonard points out that his Aunt Edna is extremely hairy.

Sheldon has been seen wearing a Green Lantern t-shirt in "The Loobenfeld Decay" (S1E10) and "The Pants Alternative" (S3E18).

We find out Leonard owns Darth Vader shampoo and Luke Skywalker conditioner in the Pilot episode (S1E1). In the "Cooper-Hofstadter Polarization" (S1E9), we learn that Leonard owns a flight suit and Leonard mentions his Darth Vader voice changer in "The Nerdvana Annihilation" (S1E14).

Leonard owns a lot of geeky things and his (and Sheldon's) apartment is full of it - the Batman Cookie Jar, Cylon toaster, "Game of Thrones" sword, bottled city of Kandor, etc.

Howard has stated that he has transient idiopathic arrhythmia - essentially, an unusual heartbeat.

Leonard has been shown with an inhaler, often mentions his lactose intolerance (e.g. when Penny offers him yogurt) and mentions in "The Griffin Equivalency" (S2E4) that he has sleep apnea. He also has allergies, frequently gets ear infections, has been carsick (and is said to get carsick unless he sits in the front), wet the bed during childhood and has male pattern baldness running in his family.

Joyce Kim was a North Korean spy who wanted to see Leonard's work, which had something to do with rocket fuel. She has been mentioned in the pilot (S1E1), "The Codpiece Topology" (S2E2) and "The White Asparagus Triangulation" (S2E9), and appears in person during "The Staircase Implementation" (S3E22).

When Leonard and Joyce are in bed together, Sheldon interrupts them as Leonard has violated the Roommate Agreement. Sheldon quotes from the Agreement: "Roommates shall give each other 12 hours notice of impending coitus", to which Leonard responds that he didn't even know Joyce Kim 12 hours before. She then storms out.

However, their relationship was, on a separate occasion, said to end when Joyce Kim defected back to North Korea after 27 days.

Answer: Leonard cheats on her with Alice

Leonard (nearly) cheats on Priya, not Leslie, with Alice.

Leslie Winkle first appears in "The Fuzzy Boot Corollary" (S1E3), where Leonard proposes an "experiment" to her. They kiss, and although Leslie says it was a "good kiss" with "no extraneous spittle", she felt "no arousal".

In "The Hamburger Postulate" (S1E5), Leslie Winkle has sex with Leonard. Although Leonard believes that they are in a relationship, Leslie tells him that she only used him for sex.

In "The Codpiece Topology" (S2E2), Leslie and Leonard start dating. However, when Sheldon sparks an argument about string theory and loop quantum gravity, Leonard admits to Leslie that (unlike her), he prefers string theory. Leslie then breaks up with him.

Answer: Penny says "I love you" to Leonard

Leonard first says "I love you" to Penny in "The Wheaton Recurrence" (S3E19), and they break up because Penny can't say it to him. A drunken Raj tells Penny to say that she loves Leonard in "The Date Night Variable" (S6E1), but she doesn't. Finally, in "The 43 Peculiarity" (S6E8), Penny says "I love you" to Leonard, almost by accident.

Leonard, along with the actor who plays him (Johnny Galecki), can play the cello. He plays the cello with Leslie Winkle and the Physics Department String Quartet in "The Hamburger Postulate" (S1E5) and plays the cello as a way of apologising to Penny in "The Egg Salad Equivalency" (S6E12).
