Jerry is excited about his date with his new girlfriend, but he can't remember her name. Throughout the episodes, he ends up trying to figure out what her name is.

Jerry ends up buying Kramer a set of gloves so that he can stain the floors. Kramer also wants to put up wallpaper that looks like wood so that it can look like he's living inside a log cabin. Kramer ends up not using the gloves because they're for washing dishes. Instead, he takes a lot of gloves from the hospital.

George had already seen "Home Alone 2", but he hated it because he hadn't seen the first one. He ends up watching the movie in Jerry's apartment because he says it makes him feel like he's out of his apartment and doing something. When Jerry return, he finds George crying about the movie.

Elaine is disappointed because she used to date Roy, and now he's in the hospital for surgery. Roy used to make a lot of pictures with triangles, and Elaine broke up with him because he was fat. When they visit Roy in the hospital, he has lost a lot of weight.

In the previous episode, "The Handicapped Spot", Jerry mentions that he'd like to buy a yo-yo, and now he uses one. He gets angry at it because he can't get it to sleep. Kramer and Jerry are invited to the viewing of Roy's operation shortly after.

George decides to spend the money by buying some of Roy's artwork. He figures that if Roy dies, the demand for the artwork will grow, and the price will be huge, much like other famous artists.

When Jerry spends time with her, he ends up trying to find out her name by using a crummy story. She ends up saying that her name rhyme with a part of the female anatomy, and George and Jerry try and guess from the possibilities. Jerry says that he can't ask her for her name because he's already kissed her. Another name, which Jerry actually calls her, is Mulva.

Kramer offers Jerry a mint, but he refuses, and when Kramer tries to give him one, one flies into the air and lands in Roy's stomach during the operation. It doesn't seem to affect Roy, and he gradually recovers anyways.

Dr. Siegel along with everyone else in the operation room, never actually finds out about the Junior Mint inside of Ray. Dr. Siegel eventually returns in the final three seasons of the show.
When Jerry calls the hospital, he discovers that Roy's condition is getting better, so George's plans of having art created by a dead artist are thrown out the window. Elaine says that it was George's generosity that made Roy feel better.

After Dolores realizes that Jerry doesn't know her name, she immediately leaves his apartment. Jerry figures out that her name was Dolores only moments after she leaves, and he yells to her out his window.
