George receives $1,900 in interest from an old bank account.

He uses it to buy art from Elaine's boyfriend, thinking that he is dying which will make the art valuable.

Kramer does not really have a unique plot. He is recruited by Elaine to pose as her boyfriend in order to break-up a relationship with her shrink. In preparing for his ruse, he asks Elaine, "How often do we do it?" This episode is a part 2 continuation of "The Wallet."
