Answer: Renaldo

After Lisa stops receiving letters from Renaldo, she begins to call the orphanage he lives at. It turns out, Renaldo is offered a job on a Brazilian kids show because of a pair of dance shoes he bought with Lisa's donation.

Lisa takes gymnastics and discovers her peers are university students. She ends up attending classes at the university, but loses her friends in Springfield Elementary.
