The "O.C." Episode 6: 'The Girlfriend' Quiz

Answer: driveway of Cohen house

Sandy, Kirsten, Ryan, and Seth are all standing in the driveway after arriving from buying groceries for Kirsten's Dad's arrival. This is how the conversation goes: Sandy: "Are we worried your dad won't love us if we don't feed him enough?" Kirsten: "Alright, starting now no more digs at my dad." Sandy: "Oh honey, that wasn't a dig. Seth?"

Answer: puppets

In this scene, I'm assuming Seth was referring to his parent's choice grammar in the previous scene. He says, "See they're like puppets and I'm puppet-master."

Answer: "Seeing your parents should make you feel guilt, not terror."

This is their conversation before Caleb walks in. Kirsten: "Maybe you guys can make peace this weekend?" Sandy: "Okay. Oh no wait we can't." Kirsten: "Why?" Sandy: "I'm still Jewish... Just getting it out of my system, I promise." Kirsten: "Wonder what his new girlfriend is like." Sandy: "I'm sure she is very well paid... I am on fire. Look at you, you're wired. Seeing your parents should make you feel guilt, not terror."

Answer: Spain

This happens just as Caleb finds Seth and Ryan by the pool. Caleb says, "So, you've got to see my pictures from Spain and you've got to promise me to go to Barcelona while you're still young."

Answer: Gabrielle

She first introduces herself to Ryan and Seth. After the initial introduction Seth says, "Oh my god, that could be my grandma."

Answer: "You're the kid that burned down my house."

It's never said how he found out about the burnt down house and the fact that it was Ryan who caused it. Even though, it was actually Luke who set it when he pushed Ryan into the candle.

She's twenty-four. That's about thirty years younger than Caleb.

Answer: "He's been eating paste."

Gabrielle had asked Seth and Ryan if they were bringing anyone to Caleb's party. Seth said that he wanted to bring Summer but he was afraid to ask.

Answer: teddy bear

That's pretty a pathetic gift considering these people are very rich. But Luke brings a teddy bear and has a completely different attitude then previously which was one of the reasons why they broke up in the first place. But they do make up.

Answer: 150

This is probably an exaggeration but she does say that it was going to be the four of them and 150 of Caleb's closest friends.

Answer: He demotes her.

Caleb says, "I get it, I'm pushing you too hard. Things are slipping through the cracks." This is a pretty messed up thing considering Kirsten is his daughter.

Answer: Caitlyn's horse

Julie Cooper has just returned from the stables where they said goodbye to horse. Julie still thinks she wants that divorce.

Answer: cranberry juice

Since Ryan is underage, he can't serve Gabrielle alcohol. As a side comment, it seems that there are no other restaurants in Orange County because all scenes take place in the same restaurant.

All the songs were featured on The "O.C." at one time. The following was when each song was featured including the episode number and episode title. "Into Dust" was from Episode 7- "The Escape". "Brick by Brick" was from Episode 5, "The Outsider". "Why Can't I" was from Episode 4, "The Debut".

Answer: "Okay, he got shot in the arm, not the head."

The answer to this question was a reference to the new attitude of Luke. "Check you out" was from episode 7: "The Escape" when Seth was admiring his dad's suit. "What's wrong with me? Am I not radical enough?" was from episode 8: "The Rescue" when he talking to Summer and Ryan about helping save Marissa in Tijuana. "God! Dad, those eyebrows are out of control!" is also from episode 8 and the reason is pretty self-explanatory.
