Answer: Chris

Jen (played by Katherine Parkinson) is made the head of the IT department (despite being essentially unable to use a computer at all), consisting of just two members: Roy (played by Chris O'Dowd) and Maurice (played by Richard Ayoade).
2. Which company does the series primarily take place in?

Answer: Reynholm Industries

It is run by Denholm Reynholm at the start of the series, but his son Douglas takes over in the second season. This happens after Denholm jumps out the window upon being informed the company had issues with its pension accounts by the police.
3. In the episode "Calamity Jen", what does the number '0118 999 881 999 119 7253' refer to?

Answer: New phone number for Emergency Services

Maurice attempts to call the same number when a fire starts in the office, but is left asking "Then which country am I speaking to?"

The actor who played Richmond, Noel Fielding, was unable to reprise his role due to a busy schedule. He returns for the series' final episode of its original run however, and reveals he decided he no longer wanted to be a goth and began a successful business.

Four seasons were made originally, with six episodes each. The hour-long special aired on September 27, 2013.
