Di knew about the illegal past deeds of Garrett Williams, such as his murdering Noah Keefer, and she flashed back to a phone conversation she had with him. Just as she had her flashback, JR touched her on the shoulder and she freaked out. Di told JR it was just a bad dream she had and nothing serious.

At this time, everyone believed that Di was Dixie Cooney since Di claimed she was Dixie but, the entire time, she impersonated her. Di was really Dixie's half sister since they shared the same father, Seabone Hunkle.

The truth came out about Di and it hurt Tad and JR, a lot, but they managed to forgive Di.

Josh and Babe spoke, at Jamie and Babe's place, and Jamie walked in on them having a conversation. Jamie was pissed, over this discussion between them, since he and Josh did not get along and told Babe he would go upstairs for a little bit. When Jamie came back down, he asked Josh what he did to her and Josh denied doing anything bad to Babe.

Kendall comforted Greenlee, in this episode, since Greenlee had just miscarried her child with Ryan. Kendall told Greenlee that she could give her a baby by being a surrogate. Greenlee agreed to this and they went to Dr. Greg Madden's fertility clinic.

There, Dr. Madden gave Greenlee fertility drugs to harvest eggs so he could store them and implant one into Kendall's womb and use Ryan's sperm to fertilize the egg.

Erica went to the hospital when she found out Greenlee miscarried her child so she could comfort Jack. Dr. Madden came out to speak to them, about Greenlee's condition, and he told both Jack and Erica that Greenlee did not have to carry a child to term but someone else could, as a surrogate. Jack and Erica, eventually, found out that Kendall offered to be a surrogate, for Greenlee, and both of them though it was a bad idea. Nevertheless, Kendall went through with the plan anyways.

Greenlee was, originally, opposed to the idea of Kendall being a surrogate but she decided it would be a good idea if it meant she could have Ryan's baby and see Kendall get fat. For many months, Greenlee always teased Kendall about her slim figure but Kendall would always laugh it off.

At one point, former "AMC" head writer, Megan McTavish, said that she considered Kendall and Greenlee a couple, possibly even a supercouple.

For Adam's first scene, in this showing of "AMC", he had a dream that involved Krystal and, when he woke up, Krystal was right by his bedside. Krystal told Adam that JR had better not harm Babe or else she would make him pay. Adam and Krystal continued to argue about their children and they even started throwing pillows at one another.

Kendall continued to talk to Greenlee about having a baby with Kendall being a surrogate and she told Greenlee that she wanted Ryan's baby more than anything. Greenlee said that was what she wanted but what Kendall suggested did not make things easier.

This was when Greenlee said that Kendall's plan, to be a surrogate, was not as simple as borrowing someone's purse. Kendall exclaimed that this would only last nine months but Greenlee stated that nine months was still a long time. It was near the end of the episode that Greenlee got on board with Kendall's surrogacy plan.

Erica and Jack continued to talk about what was best for Greenlee and that was when Erica told Jack she could speak to Greenlee. At this time, Erica was Greenlee's stepmother since she and Jack were married and Jack was Greenlee's biological father. Jack told Erica that he felt it was a good idea if she spoke to Greenlee and he took off.

Despite Erica and Greenlee's rough relationship, they managed to have a nice talk, in this episode. Like Greenlee, Erica had been through a couple of miscarriages herself.

In the mid 1970s, she miscarried her baby with Phil Brent and, in February of 1997, she miscarried her baby with Dimitri Marick.

Kendall and Greenlee reflected, throughout the episode, all of the events that they had been through to show that they still came out as friends and on good terms. Greenlee mentioned that she did not want to take any risks, with Kendall, but Kendall brought up that Greenlee took a huge risk with her life when, while being drugged out, she swung on a trapeze on the Fusion rooftop. Kendall and Greenlee both recounted being there, for each other, on the night Ryan drove his motorcycle off a cliff and "died." They even brought up the time of when Jonathan held them and Lily captive in a cave.

However, Kendall and Greenlee never discussed, in the episode, the day when they officially created Fusion.

After Adam and Krystal argued, they shared a drink together and JR entered the room. JR started to badmouth Babe, in front of Krystal, and Krystal slapped him in the face. When Krystal left the room, JR remarked that Krystal behaved just like her daughter.
