She asked Jesse if he wanted to see the Baxter baby while he waited. Jesse told her he did and she took him to see Frankie but Greg was not present when Jesse first laid eyes on Franklin "Frankie." In the next scene, Greg went to the hospital nursery and saw Jesse and commented on how beautiful Franklin "Frankie" was.

In Palmer's first scene, he entered his home of Cortlandt Manor and saw his ex-wife, Daisy. He told Daisy that he had just gotten them tickets to go on a cruise. Daisy told Palmer she would go on the cruise but that it did not mean she would marry her.

Angie said she had and Jesse was upset with her but Angie countered and said she heard Jesse say he was not ready, yet, to be a father. Jesse told Angie he never actually said those words and she should have still told him about her pregnancy (Jesse did not know Angie was pregnant until well after the fact). Angie claimed that it was her fault for getting pregnant since she should have known to take birth control. After this episode, Jesse and Angie found the location of Frankie's adoptive parents and kidnapped him and eventually got him back.

Nancy heard, from Enid Nelson (Greg Nelson's mom), that Angie Baxter was pregnant and Enid was shocked Nancy did not know this. Nancy made a phone call to Les and scolded him for doing everything he could to get the baby away from Jesse, especially at a time when Jesse was improving on his behavior. Les told Nancy that he spoke to Jesse and that Jesse understood there was nothing he could do to change the situation. That was when Nancy hung up the phone.
