1. What was the name of the man who was after Eve?

Answer: Marcus Hamilton

Marcus Hamilton is played by Adam Baldwin. He was sent as Angel's new liaison to the Senior Partners.

2. Who did Wesley have a dream about?

Answer: Fred

Fred died in his arms two episodes before this one, and Illyria took over her body. Wesley is in a dark place at the moment.

3. What has Lorne been doing since he found out that a "woman he loved was going to die"?

Answer: Getting drunk

In the bar Lorne is first seen in during this episode, Lorne states that he's been drinking heavily since a woman he loved was going to die. One assumes this is what he read inside Fred in "A Hole in the World," when Fred sang. He couldn't bring himself to talk about it, until this halfhearted confession in a bar.

Eve says something about layers later on. Lindsey is helping his hell/holding dimension kid about the layers of the Earth. Joking that beneath the inner core is the "soft, chewy center".

It was one of the funniest moments ever. They all just stand there watching and then they screamed.

In "Superstar" Anya explains the art of alternate dimensions by using shrimp as her medium. Anya said that in one reality there would be no shrimp, when in another you could have nothing but shrimp. In "Underneath" Illyria talks about all the worlds she's walked in including a world with nothing but shrimp, which she tired of quickly.
