D'Hoffryn seeks out Vengeance demons such as Anya or Halfrek and has appeared in at least three episodes. In "Something Blue" from season four, "Hells Bells" from season six, and in season seven's "Selfless". The Judge is blue as well, but you do not chant to make him appear.

Willow once used her fear of frogs as a distraction so that Buffy could get past doctors and security in "Killed by Death". She also had a nightmare about them in the library and when Giles woke her, she cried out "Don't warn the tadpoles!". Willow's fear of performing on stage was revealed in the episode "Nightmares", but has also been shown through other episodes such as "Restless" and "The Puppet Show".

Tara had a cat which she named Miss Kitty Fantastico, and she rescued it from a pound. When she told this story to Willow, Willow asked if there were dolphins. Tara was later shot and killed by Warren in the season six episode "Seeing Red".

Faith was the rogue slayer who accidentally killed a human. The human was the Deputy Mayor Alan Finch. She went crazy and was in a couple of "Angel" episodes before she handed herself into the police in Los Angeles. This happened in the "Angel" episode "Sanctuary".

Spike entered "Buffy" in season two in the episode "School Hard". In season four he got a government chip in his head which prevents him harming other humans. In season five he describes to Buffy how he managed to kill the slayers. One was killed during the Boxer Rebellion and the other was killed in New York. It was from the latter that he stole his infamous leather coat.

Giles admitted to his computer teacher girlfriend Miss Calendar, that he hated the fact that computers don't smell in the episode "I Robot You jane". He stated that books smell musty and rich. Miss Calendar was later killed by Angelus in season two's "Passion".

He proposed to Anya in season five, but when they were about to be married in the season six episode "Hells Bells", he said he could not marry her.

This actually led to Anya being turned back into a vengeance demon.

Larry used to be a bit of a pig as he lifted up girls skirts and acted all macho, but he was just covering up his true face. He was actually gay, and Xander was the first to discover this. In the episode "The Wish", Larry was a part of Giles' vampire fighting team 'The White Hats'.
