In the beginning of the episode, Piper and Leo were busy trying to get their family portrait taken with Wyatt and Chris in the picture too. Right when the photographer was about to take the picture, the camera flashed when the picture was taken half of the way and then the Avatars stopped time.

When Leo returned to where he was standing, he had moved a little to the left or so and when the picture was developed you could only see Leo as a blur.

Darryl was continuously saying that Kyle did something to Inspector Sheridan and all this time he was correct. After Kyle shot Inspector Sheridan in the neck with a dart gun, he put her in a mental institution probably so she wouldn't expose the Charmed Ones to the public as witches.

Leo knew that if he didn't tell the truth the Seer would let Phoebe and Piper know his little secret. Leo confessed and told both Piper and Phoebe that he was an Avatar and this time, time wasn't reversed to where they would forget like it was before.

The reason why the Seer wanted to become a human was because she knew from this vision she had that the Avatars were going to destroy every demon in existence. So, she turned to the Charmed Ones and the Elders for help hoping that they would grant her wish and she would get to be human and walk through the grass at Golden Gate Park.

Zankou was a demon who was imprisoned by the Source because of how powerful he was. The reason why his demon friends released him was because they knew that the Seer was going to tell the Charmed Ones about her vision and they needed someone like Zankou who was powerful enough to help them.

At the end of the episode, Leo only introduced Piper and Phoebe to the other Avatars. It appears that Paige was completely against the Avatars in this episode and most of it is Kyle's fault.

That was when we found out that the Seer's name was Kira and it always had been. Everyone just simply called her the Seer instead of her real birth name.
