Bart and Lisa were often shown watching "The Itchy and Scratchy Show" which was a regular cartoon on "The Krusty the Clown Show". Itchy was the blue mouse and was voiced by Dan Castellaneta, and Scratchy, a black cat voiced by Harry Shearer. This duo first appeared on "The Simpsons" in 1990.
