Getting past Robo-SpongeBob will require careful maneuvering around its many Karate-based tricks.

This is the only mandatory boss of the three where SpongeBob alone is capable and is forced to finish it by himself.

Answer: Robo-Plankton

During the second phase of the fight, SpongeBob will enter his robotic counterpart's body through its ear. There, he will be confronted by Robo-Plankton, who the player must defeat. Robo-Plankton proves to be a formidable foe, being fairly tanky and shooting extremely fast and plentiful lasers at the player, which also have high knockback. Being hit by just one of these can send the player falling to their doom, so it would be good for the player to get their sharp reflexes ready to go for this particular fight.

Answer: Barely dodge Robo-SpongeBob's attack while standing on a platform

When the player advances past the first phase playing the game the way Heavy Iron Studios intended (the "regular way", or glitch-free way), they might notice that Robo-SpongeBob jumps back in recoil upon being struck. While this might seem like just a flavorful aesthetic, it actually triggers something in the game's code that progresses the fight to the second phase, as it should. Robo-SpongeBob jumps just high enough for the game to register that it has been hit the requisite four times, thus prompting the game to activate the second phase of the game. If standing on a small, ovular platform, SpongeBob manages to stand on the opposite side of the platform from where Robo-SpongeBob strikes, it will send him flying in the air.

In doing so, SpongeBob will touch the portion of the game which sends a message to the game that the fight should progress to the second phase.

In a widely-believed oversight by the development team, they failed to make it so that only Robo-SpongeBob jumping this high could trigger the second phase.

As such, the first phase of this fight is laughably easy unless the player chooses to ignore it and plays it regularly.

Answer: Destroy critical parts of the robot

Simply put, SpongeBob goes after the mechanical insides of the robot's arms and brain, destroys them, and wins. Of course, as it's the final boss fight, it isn't quite as simple as it sounds.

Answer: Two Golden Spatulas

The player earns one Golden Spatula for defeating Robo-Plankton, which will be rescinded if the player ultimately loses to Robo-SpongeBob. They then win another Golden Spatula for defeating Robo-SpongeBob.

Answer: "I'll destroy you!"

Robo-Planktons start to rapidly get created through Plankton's Duplicato-tron. The first one threatens SpongeBob and the team with destruction. The second threatens the first one with "I'll destroy you two-fold!" The third one then threatens both the first and second with three-fold destruction, and so on.

Answer: He gets stepped on

Plankton rushes up to SpongeBob, Sandy and Squidward angrily, and gets ready to shout something at them. He never gets the opportunity to do so, as Patrick then unknowingly steps on him, and this would be the last we'd hear of Plankton.

Answer: Shiny objects

In all, three thousand shiny objects maximum can be collected while the credits roll.
