The Terrible Shotgun is a unique combat shotgun, and can be found in the Evergreen Mills Bazaar. It does 80 damage, while Lincoln's Repeater does 50, the Hunting Rifle 27, and the Pistol does 9 damage.

2. Which of the following guns actually exists in "Fallout 3"?

Answer: Firelance

The Firelance is a unique Alien Blaster found in the game that lights targets on fire. It is found in a unique encounter and the probabilities of it happening are based on your Luck skill.

3. Which of the following melee weapons exists in the game?

Answer: The Board of Education

The Board of Education is a unique Nail Board that does less damage than the original weapon, but has greater reach. It is found in an abandoned shack in rocky mountains of the game.

4. Independence Day? Which of these guns are found in Fort Independence?

Answer: Miss Launcher

Although it sounds fake, the Miss Launcher is a special missile launcher with Grenade Launcher qualities. The Miss Launcher is found in the weapons storage section of Fort Independence as well as a Minigun and two boxes of Alien Blaster Cells.

Three-Dog will give you the key to the cache once you complete the quest "Galaxy News Radio". The cache itself is hidden in some tunnels populated by Raiders, Radscorpions and Roaches.

"I Want to Drink Your Blood" is an unmarked quest involving bringing The Family bloodpacks in exchange for caps. You can do this quest after completing the quest "Blood Ties".

The Replicated Man tasks you with tracking down a runaway Android from the Commonwealth. The latter two are unmarked quests, but are real, as is 'Blood Ties', yet the latter is marked. Marked means that it appears in your Pip-Boy, unmarked means that it does not.

A3-21'S Plasma Rifle is given to you by helping the Android in the quest "The Replicated Man". Colonel Autumn's 10mm Pistol is found after killing Autumn. Smuggler's Run is found in Elder Lyon's safe in the Citadel, and The Terrible Shotgun is found at Evergreen Mills.
