1. Who is the first person we see in the opening cutscene?

Answer: Goku

This part of the cutscene is actually from "Dragon Ball", the series that came before "Dragonball Z". In this cutscene, Goku is charging at Piccolo and the next blow defeats his enemy.

2. What was missing from the Zarbon and Great Saiyaman character models?

Answer: Their capes

Saiyaman would not gain his cape until "Budokai 3" and Zarbon was missing his cape until "Budokai Tenkaichi". Zarbon would have had his cape in "Budokai 3", but he was taken out of "Budokai 2" and "Budokai 3".

3. How many transformations did Krillin have?

Answer: One

Goku's best friend had one transformation in this game - Unlock Potential. You transform by pressing either the X, Square and Triangle buttons together or the R1 and R2 buttons at the same time.

4. What was Goku's ultimate move in this game?

Answer: Spirit Bomb

The Spirit Bomb was also known as the Genki Dama in Japanese, which is derived from Denki Gama - an electric rice cooker! This is one of the most powerful attacks in the game, just like in the show.

5. What was Teen Gohan's most powerful form?

Answer: Super Saiyan 2

Super Saiyan 2 is the most powerful Saiyan form in this game. Oddly enough, Super Saiyan 2 Gohan had an attack power of 140%, while Goku's Super Saiyan 1 had 160% attack power! Goku gains Super Saiyan 2 in "Dragonball Z Budokai 2".

6. When does Future Trunks use his sword?

Answer: He doesn't

Future Trunks' sword was just there for show in "Budokai 1" and "Budokai 2". He would be able to use it in "Budokai 3", "Budokai Tenkaichi", "Budokai Tenakichi 2" and "Budokai Tenkaichi 3".

7. Where does the story mode end?

Answer: After you defeat Cell

Many fans found the story mode ending after the Cell Games saga to be quite annoying. "Budokai 2" was the Buu based sequel fans were waiting for, but it didn't have the same style story mode as "Budokai 1"...

8. How many forms does Kid Trunks have?

Answer: He's not in this game

Kid Trunks did not appear until "Budokai 2". In "Budokai 2" he had one form, Super Saiyan. He could also fuse with his friend Goten to form the powerful Gotenks who had access to Super Saiyan and even Super Saiyan 3!

9. How many female playable characters were there in this game?

Answer: One

Yep, just one - Android 18! However, since then the number of girl characters has gone up including Videl, Pan, Zangya and Chi-Chi (only in "Super Dragonball Z"!)

10. There was a miscoloring with the Kamehameha in this game. What was the color?

Answer: Yellow

It was a yellow in "Dragonball Z Budokai 1". Oddly enough, Cell had a blue Kamehameha, while other owners of the attack such as Goku and Krillin had a yellow Kamehameha...
