Final Fantasy Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers Quiz

Up to four players can play 'Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers' at one time although the game actually focuses on only one player. Player 1 is in control of the main character with any other players being able to help in the destruction of enemies. Extra players have the ability to do more of a 'sweeping throw' of enemies yet can't pick them up and throw them.

Belle claims to be a photographer and always carries a camera with her. She decides to travel with Layle in order to try and make money off him. Belle uses her skills to find and sell information, always for her own benefit and never really lends too much of a helping hand to Layle.

Answer: Gifts from moogles

Opening treasure chests (either through kicking them or throwing them around), digging with a Chocobo and enemy drops are the only way to obtain items (for free). Items can be purchased from Moogles but you will never get a Moogle to give you an item for nothing.

Answer: Cid

Squall and Cloud appear in several 'Final Fantasy' and 'Kingdom Hearts' games yet neither appear in 'The Crystal Bearers'. Amidatty appears in 'Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles' but not in 'The Crystal Bearers'.
Cid appears in most of the 'Final Fantasy' games and also in 'Kingdom Hearts'. He is usually portrayed as a character who deals with mechanical and engineering type issues.

Answer: Goldenrod

Amidatelion, otherwise labeled 'Goldenrod' is supposedly the last surviving Yuke. Her purpose is to restore the Yuke Tribe's crystal to ensure the revival of her race. Amidatelion, with the help of Layle's, endeavors to restore the Crystal Principe in order to save the world.

High Commander Jegran is the captain of the Liltian guard who attempts to rewrite the Crystal Principe to enable him to turn the Lilty kingdom into a military state.
High Commander Jegran hired Blaze to hunt down Belle and 'silence' her, eventually being defeated by Layle who is with belle at the time Blaze finds her.
Keiss is Layle's friend and who previously worked for High Commander Jegran in the Lilty military.
Vaigali is the leader of the Selkie guild, hates Lilties and sells information to whomever can pay the most for it.

Answer: No 'level up' system

The main difference between 'The Crystal Bearers' and other 'Final Fantasy' games is that there is no 'level up' system. Extra accessories and abilities enhance the overall 'strength' of the character.
The maximum HP of the character can be increased through clearing areas of enemies and collecting a myrrh fragment afterward.
Enemies supposedly don't get stronger in this game, as opposed to the obvious increase in strength of enemies in other 'Final Fantasy' games. Instead, enemies gain different abilities allowing them to damage the main character in more ways (than they could earlier in the game).
Chocobos seem to be common throughout all 'Final Fantasy' games with minigames, digging for items, and the ability to ride making travel time much shorter.
