To acquire the Magus Sisters, you must have all seven aeons. You must have every treasure chest from every Cloister of Trails. Collecting all requires monsters from the Calm Lands and Mt. Gagazet, and you will receive the Blossom Crown. In the Remiem Temple at the Calm Lands, you must defeat five of the seven aeons to receive the Flower Sceptor. Use the Blossom Crown and Flower Sceptor on the seal door to recieve your prize.

You will recieve Bahamut after you defeat the Red Dragon in the Temple of the Ancients. You will find Neo Bahamut in the Whirlwind Maze when you reach the Northern Cave. In order to get Bahamut Zero, you must have Bahamut, Neo Bahamut, and the Huge Blue Materia. Go to Bugenhagen's observatory at Cosmo Canyon and touch the Huge Blue Materia.

This materia will then give you Bahamut Zero.
