1. Which of the following is one of the two weapons that has triple materia growth?

Answer: Scimitar

The other triple growth weapon is Cloud's Apocalypse. If you want to level up materia quickly, load them into one of these two weapons and train at either the Northern Cave or the sunken Gelnika ship.

2. How many years before the beginning of the game was Vincent born?

Answer: 57

Pretty long time ago eh? At the age of 27 he is shot by Hojo and experimented on. Then he sleeps for 30 years until he is awakened by Cloud and the gang.

3. Tifa is the oldest of the 3 playable women characters.

Answer: False

Aeris is 22 years old, Tifa is 20, Yuffie is 16.

4. When Jenova arrived on Earth, what was she/he/it described as?

The others I completely made up, except for "Angel of Death" which is just a Slayer song in my head. Sephiroth brings this up when he is ranting in the basement of the Shinra Mansion.

The 6 are as follows: 1) Choco and Mog summon- talk to the chocobos in the choco ranch. 2) Contain- Talk to the white chocobo in Mideel, give it greens, and scratch it behind its ear. 3) Knights of the Round- Ride a gold chocobo to the round island in the Northeastern corner of the map. 4) Mime- Ride at least a mountain chocobo into cave near Wutai. 5) Quadra Magic- Ride blue chocobo to cave near Mideel. 6) HP--MP- Ride black chocobo to cave near mountain trail.

6. How many enemy skills can be learned?

Answer: 24

It's difficult to get all 24, but some are very helfpful. Some must haves are Angel Whisper, Bad Breath, Magic Breath, Shadow Flare, and Chocobuckle if you run from battles a lot.

7. Which of these 4 elements are surprisingly absent from Kjata's attack, despite the name and cinematic of the skill?

Answer: Earth

Tetra loosely meaning 4, you'd think there'd be 4 elements in his attack right? The fact that the bull at the end creates and earthquake doesn't really help either. Despite all this, only lightning, fire, and ice elements are actually used here.

8. Which of the following weapons is actually stronger than the character's ultimate weapon?

Answer: Flayer

How much sense does that make? Cid's ultimate weapon 'Venus Gospel' has an attack power of 92 while his weapon 'Flayer' has an attack power of 100. On the flip side, Aeris's ultimate weapon 'Princess Guard' has an attack power of 52 while her weapon 'Umbrella' has an attack power of 58. Maybe Square should have rechecked the defintion of 'ultimate' hmmm?

9. Which of these characters does not find his/her ultimate weapon in Midgar?

Answer: Red XIII

Red XIII gets his from Bugenhagen in disk 3. Tifa's is in the wall market building with the sign 'Item' on it. It's the building with the machine gun! Barret's weapon is on a stairway leading up to Hojo in your invasion of Midgar in disk 2. Cait Sith's is in a locker room in Shinra's headquarters in Midgar.

10. What is the name of the armor with the highest physical defense?

Answer: Ziedrich

You can get this amazing piece of equipment by stealing it from Rude. Be sure to steal from Reno too, the Touph Ring is a must have!

EDIT: I've included a second spelling of 'Ziedrich' as a correct answer now. Even though 'Ziedrich' is the correct spelling I'm going to make 'Zeidrich' correct now too, for those of you who aren't exactly sure of the spelling. You can thank me later.
