It's very unlikely that you'll even FIND a T-Rexaur at Lv.1, but you can use the ability 'Level Down' if you wish. T-Rexaur is one of the few non-boss enemies in the game that can't be killed in one hit (unless you summon Eden or use the Kamikaze attack). Other examples would be Elnoyle and Behemoth.

If you put 100 Dino Bones, don't feel bad. You just got the brothers mixed up! You get 10 Holy Wars from refining the Gilgamesh Card, and 100 Pet Houses from refining the MiniMog Card.

You fight this monster twice. Once in the Missile Base, and once in Fisherman's Horizon. The first time, it attacks one person indiscriminately. The second time it will attack the person with the least health remaining, so you might find the person you've just revived getting knocked out again straight away!

Siren appeared in "Final Fantasy VI", while Bahamut and Shiva are big favourites. Eden, Doomtrain, Cactuar, Pandemona and Tonberry are all exclusive to "Final Fantasy VIII". Boko can only be found in "Final Fantasy VIII" as well, but he can't be junctioned. Tonberry is in most "Final Fantasy" games, but it is a monster in the others, while it is both a monster and a GF in "Final Fantasy VIII".

Tri-Faces are very useful for stocking up on powerful magic. You just have to make sure that you successfully prevent them from attacking you, because they are quite powerful themselves. Blind and Stop are the best ways to do it. Sleep also works pretty well.

Surprisingly, Ultima Weapon doesn't yield Holy. It DOES, however, have Regen, Dispel, Ultima and Eden! If possible, have Rinoa on your team, and try to get Angelo to use 'Invincible Moon'. This way, you can stock up on precious Ultima, and Ultima Weapon can't do a thing!

You can draw Holy from a Stage 3 Diablos or Elnoyle, while you can draw it from Krysta at any level (even 1!).

Shockwave Pulsar is easily Quistis' most powerful Limit Break. It attacks all enemies, and ignores defense, meaning it will almost always inflict 9,999 damage. Unfortunately, Dark Matter is extremely hard to obtain. It can only be refined from 100 Curse Spikes, and even they're difficult to get! You can also refine a Shaman Stone into a Dark Matter, but they're even harder to obtain, so it seems a little redundant.

It is possible! If you Junction 100 Ultimas to your Elemental defense, it will nullify damage from every element! Then all you need is magic like Life or Shell on your Elemental Defense with it, and you will absorb all elements!

Befriending every Chocobo takes forever, but you do get a rare Card out of it, so if you're collecting them, I guess it's worth doing. Including the Chocobo's Sanctuary, there are seven Chocobo's Forests around the world.

The Deep Sea Research Center is where you acquire GFs Bahamut and Eden. Beware, though, as there are multiple levels you have to descend with deadly enemies on each and every one of them. Some of these enemies include Ruby Dragons, Imps, Grendels, Tri-Faces, Iron Giants, Bombs and Anacondaurs!

A few words of advice: Junction 'Enc. None' if you have it. This will stop you getting caught up in battles every other step. (It won't stop them completely, however).

When you get to the bottom, junction 'Move-find' temporarily, and a save point will show up. You can remove it again once you've saved. It would be wise to do this, because you're going to need your best abilities for the upcoming battle!

You can only draw Drain from a Stage 1 or 2 Lefty. It doesn't have any at Stage 3. All of these spells are very useful, however. Drain is a godsend when junctioned to St.Atk...

A Bite Bug has a minimum of 114 HP, while a Geezard has a minimum of 43 HP, and a Red Bat has only 23 HP, but poor little PuPu has only 10HP, no matter what level! Don't kill him, though! You'll be richly rewarded if you give him what he wants...

Only Stage 3 Bombs have Meltdown. Before that, they only have Fire and/or Fira. Stage 3 Bombs have Fire, Fira, Firaga and Meltdown. There's also a small chance that you can steal a Bomb Spirit from a Stage 3 Bomb, so look out for them!

Watts loves his Adult Magazines, so when Squall finds one in 'Timber Maniacs', Watts is prepared to do almost anything for it- even trade away his rare card!
You can find him on the White SeeD ship at the start of Disc 3.

You can also sell the magazine to Watts for 24,500 gil! He pays up straight away if you choose this, but you won't get the Shiva card, and that's a lot more valuable!

A surprising fact is that Cid and Edea started SeeD many years ago. Later in the game, you'll meet a group called the 'White SeeD's', rumored to have been started by Edea. They even have the same salute as Balamb SeeD's!

Edea does! The earliest point you can win it from her at is the start of Disc 3, before you set out on a trip to Esthar. It has two A's, and is statistically the best corner card in the game. It is (almost) unbeatable if you put it in the bottom left corner of the grid.

They are: the Clock Tower, the Chapel, the Grand Hall, the Hall, the Wine Cellar, the Treasure Room, the Storage Room, the Elevator Hall, the Art Gallery, the Armory, the Floodgate, the Prison, Stairwell A and Stairwell B. The Waterway doesn't technically count as a room, because it is outside. Stairwell A splits into a left and right side, and the Grand Hall is on two separate floors, but they both still count as one room each.

Answer: Use Life magic on it

An Abadon is undead, meaning Life and Recovery magic are fatal to it. If you use Revive or Full-Life on it, it will die instantly! Holy and Fire magic will pack quite a punch, but with Abadon's high spirit, you'll still be in for a long battle!

Answer: Time and Space

Surprisingly, Quake is in the 'Time and Space' category. Maybe it's because it wouldn't fit in anywhere else. You can first draw Quake on Balamb Island from a T-rexaur if you do enough training. The problem is, T-Rexaur are extremely dangerous at this point in the game, so it's better advised to just get Dino Bones from them and refine them into Quakes using the ability 'Time mag-RF'.

A Thrustaevis gives you 3 AP. 3x2=6. An Ochu gives you 7AP. 6+7=13AP overall. Ochu are also very good for experience, and you can Draw Pain from them at Stage 3. You can also draw Tornado from a Stage 3 Thrustaevis.
