1. What Tech does Wakka get that is exclusive to him (i.e. no one else can learn it)?

Answer: Aurochs Spirit

Aurochs Spirit is Wakka's exclusive Tech that he starts the game with. With it, Wakka and his team get a bonus to stats if there are any original Besaid Aurochs currently playing. Although the Tech can be great in the early levels, having Wakka and another Auroch on the team will not be worth getting rid of two better players. Golden Arm and Grip Gloves are both available to everyone, and Jecht Shot is exclusive to Tidus.
2. In Blitzball, there are two rounds in each game with an intermission in between. How long are the rounds each according to the in-game clock?

Answer: 5 minutes

The two rounds are 5 minutes each, totaling 10 minutes for a full game. However, the in-game clock moves quicker than the standard time, so in reality, it is only about 5 minutes of play, excluding when the time stops during breaking through tackles and making decisions.

Answer: Invisible Shot

Jecht Shot is already a very powerful Tech. Combined with an addition defense eliminator and the Invisible Shot, Jecth Shot 2 is the best Tech in the game. When used, Invisible Shot has a chance to score as long as the SH of the player that used it remains above zero. So, if the shooter has 1 SH left when the ball reaches the net and the goalie has 46 CA, there's a chance is will still score. Jecht Shot 2 also eliminates three defenders. Yes, the Tech is quite insane.
4. Besides Jecth Shot and Aurochs Spirit, all Techs can be learned by any player in the game. Using this item, you can add a Tech slot to any player's Tech list and allow that player to learn it.

Answer: Tech Find

If you look at a player's Tech list, you'll notice that some empty slots have dash lines (---) while others are completely empty. What the Tech Find item does is turn a completely empty slot into a slot with dash lines, which allows the Tech to be acquired on that player. Attack and Status Reels are both overdrives for Wakka, and Underdog's Secret is used for customizing equipment.
5. One of the most useful Tech abilities in the game for offensive players is Tackle Slip. This Tech allows the player to do what?

Answer: Dodge attacks

With Tackle Slip 1, the equipped player has a 40% chance to dodge an incoming tackle and a 20% chance to become disoriented IF the first tackle was dodged. Tackle Slip 2 has a 80% chance to dodge with a 40% chance to become disoriented. With this Tech, a capable forward (such as Isken) can push past the entire team and still score. Tackle Slip only allows you to dodge attacks when you are in possession of the ball.
6. The downside of Tackle Slip is that you can become disoriented after dodging an attack. If a player is tackled after becoming disoriented, what will happen?

Answer: A Tech will unequip

The only downside of Tackle Slip is that you can lose a Tech for the round. If the player is tackled while under the disoriented effect, that player will lose a Tech and will have to reequip it at halftime or at the start of the next game. Despite this minor downside, the Tech is still very useful.

Answer: Guado Glories

The Guado Glories are extremely fast swimmers that can swim past the enemy's defense and score without conflict. The only downside is that their stats are not too impressive. Taking one as a forward from beginning to middle game is a great way to get a few easy goals, but at higher levels, they generally do not pull their weight.

It's funny how contracts expire and other teams exchange players. On my save file, the Ronso Fangs have only about 2 Ronsos on their team.

Answer: Waking the player up

The "Gamble" Tech is not recommended as the results can break a team member if you have bad luck. It is activated after the player with the Tech equip is waken up by one of his teammates. The difference between "Gamble" and "Good Morning!" is that the former can be either a plus or minus to a stat and the effect lasts until the end of the round whereas the latter can only increase a stat but the effect wears off over time.

Answer: Kulukan

Kulukan has 96 PA at level 99 so she can throw the ball past several defenders. Not only that, she also has good BL so any shots on goal that have to go through her are severely weaken to make it easier on the goalie. Now, if only she could somehow stop Invisible Shot from constantly scoring on me...

Nimrook is a masterpiece. I believe there is only one or two goalies who compete with him in the early levels, but after the 50s, Nimrook's CA skyrockets and, with Ropp and Kulukan on defense, is never going to allow a goal. Well, except for those pesky Invisible Shots. Not even Nimrook and his crazy goalkeeping abilities can stop them most of the time.
