Tidus lives in Zanarkand and is the star player of the Zanarkand Abes. He has no idea what is going on when he is mysteriously whisked away to Spira by Sin. Tidus attacks with a sword and is very agile. He learns White Magic such as Haste and Slow to give the party the upper hand in battle.

Answer: Rikku

Rikku rescues you from a fiend and takes you aboard her ship. There you help her salvage a sunken ship, but you are soon separated. Rikku appears later to aid you on your travels. Rikku can steal and use items such as Grenades to damage enemies and items such as Al Bhed Potions to heal party members.

Answer: Wakka

Wakka has a strong accent, but also has a kind heart. Although it seems like he may be using Tidus, Tidus welcomes anything that will remind him of Zanarkand. Wakka's team hasn't won a single tournament, so he wants to win this one - his last tournament as a blitzball player. Wakka attacks with a blitzball and is most effective against flying and out-of-range enemies.

Answer: Lulu

Lulu may seem to have a cold heart at times, but behind her hard exterior is a kind, wise, and broken-hearted woman. She knows black magic and can cast offensive spells such as Fire, Water, Thunder, and Blizzard.

Answer: Yuna

Yuna has a big name to live up to - her father defeated Sin ten years ago. But since then, Sin has returned, and she is going on a pilgrimage to all of the temples to stop it. Yuna can summon powerful beasts known as aeons and can learn White Magic such as Cure and Life to heal and revive party members.

Answer: Auron

Auron is a high-respected guardian, as he helped to defeat Sin ten years ago. He has raised Tidus ever since Jecht left him, and is one of the only familiar faces to Tidus. Auron carries a powerful sword and can break through almost any enemy's defenses.

Answer: Kimahri

Kimahri has watched over Yuna ever since she was a baby. He is her most loyal and trusted guardian, and is often teased by his brothers for being smaller than them. Kimahri carries spears and lances and can literally learn almost any of the other characters' abilites. His Lancet ability allows him to learn the fiends' way of fighting.

Answer: Seymour

Seymour was always a trusted and respected man, but it is found out that he killed his own father and is disobeying the teachings of Yevon. Seymour knows some powerful black magic spells, and periodically fights the party with new powers such as a double-casting spell that allows him to cast a spell on two characters at once.

Answer: O'aka

O'aka XXIII, Merchant Extraordinaire is always nagging people to lend him some spare Gil. If you give him enough, it pays off in the future, because O'aka will have the lowest prices in Spira!

Answer: Jecht

Jecht is Tidus's father, and has always been very cruel to him. He left Tidus and his wife suddenly one day, and everyone thought he was dead. In actuality, he went to Spira to become Lord Braska's second guardian, alongside Auron. He has now become the giant entity that we call Sin, and is calling out to Tidus to destroy it...
