G/S Journey, Part 3, Raging Rockets Quiz

Answer: Lift and throw a rock

When you talk to him, he turns to the right and picks up a rock and throws it. But of coarse, this isn't about physical strength, is it? No, it's about Pokémon. But in this case, your Pokémon are going to need all the physical strength they can get to battle Chuck's Fighting Pokémon.

Answer: HM02 (Fly)

You're going to want to pick this item up before you leave. It allows you fly to any city/town you've been to before. If you don't get it and continue to sail back up to Olivine City, you'll have to walk all the way back sometime, or just continue without, taking the long way to where ever you want to go.

Answer: Secret Potion

This potion is powered up by a few times. It's for emergency use only, and the problem at the Lighthouse counts as an emergency. So, grab the potion and surf or fly back to Olivine where Jasmine is waiting.

The Magna Carta was the first document of rights and law, written in 1215, that even the king could not break, and has nothing to do with the world of Pokémon, really.

Answer: Steel

There are no trainers except Jasmine in this gym. Just walk on up to her and defeat her two Magnemites and the brutish Steelix. You do not actually need this badge until the Elite Four, but the experience is always nice.

Answer: Rage

Team Rocket is using radio signals to force the Magikarp to evolve. You may want to investigate the lake a bit to see what you can find.

Answer: It's Red

This Gyrados is also a shiny one. There's only one red Gyrados in the entire game, so try to catch this Pokémon if you can. Once it's been removed, you can get the Red Scale which can be traded for an Experience Share from Mr. Pokémon.

Answer: The Pokémart

When you get back to Mahogany Town, go into the store where you'll see Lance open a secret passage. Just follow him into the hideout and battle through all the Rockets in there until your job is done.

Answer: The laser sensor in the statue

Every time you trip one of these sensors two Rocket Grunts will come out to battle you. They will keep attacking you until you turn them off at a central computer in the center of a small maze of halls.

Answer: 2

All you have to do to get these passwords is beat the Rockets that know them and then talk to them. Both Rockets are nicely tucked in behind a bunch of other Grunts to slow you down.

Answer: Slowpoke Tail

The Scientist to the west end of the building has the code Raticate Tail. The Rocket in the north-eastern part will give you Slowpoke Tail. You need both passwords to get into the head Rocket's office.

Answer: A Large Generator

After you beat the head Rocket you can talk to his Murkrow who will tell you the password, Hail Giovanni, to the generator room. When you're at the door, two Rocket Executives will approach you. Lance will also come to back you up so all you need to do is beat one of them.

Answer: Electrode

You have to battle three, and Lance has to battle three. Try to capture them if you want, but some will explode the first chance they get. Once you've finished Lance will give you HM06 (Whirlpool).

Answer: Glacier Badge

Pryce is a user of Ice Pokémon. His gym is loaded with slippery floors and trainers, with very few rough surfaces you can stand on. There's a specific route you have to follow if you want to ever get to Pryce himself.

Answer: Radio Tower

Team Rocket wants to broadcast a signal to their boss to come back. "If you hurry, you may be able to stop them in time." Really, you have all the time in the world, but to continue with your adventure you have to liberate Goldenrod City first, (You can gain a lot of experience by doing this anyways).

Answer: Underground

The real Director is in the Underground. Battle your way through thieves and Rockets until you reach him. Also, be prepared to fight your rival when you enter the locked part of the Underground.
