"Battery" is available at the sixth venue The Meadowlands along with "Master of Puppets". "Welcome Home (Sanitarium)" along with "Orion" is available at the fourth venue Hammersmith Apollo. Of the eight songs on the "Master of Puppets" album, six of them appear in "Guitar Hero: Metallica".

The other songs from the album that appear in the game are "The Thing That Should Not Be", "Orion", and "Disposable Heroes".
