Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What is Sgt. Major A.J. Johnson's first name?

Answer: Avery

He shares his name with the former NBA player and coach of the Dallas Mavericks. He (Sarge) was awarded for his bravery on the Halo when they return to Cairo Station.
2. From what planet was the MJOLNIR Mark VI suit sent to Cairo Station?

Answer: Earth

It was sent up from Songnim (possibly actually Songnam, South Korea). It is said during the level "The Armory".
3. Counting playable and non-playable levels, how many levels are in "Halo 2"?

Answer: Fifteen

Although you do not do anything on the first level or fight on the second level, they are still listed as levels. They are "Heretic", "The Armory", "Cairo Station", "Outskirts", "Metropolis", "The Arbiter", "Oracle", "Delta Halo", "Regret", "Sacred Icon", "Quarantine Zone", "Gravemind", "Uprising", "High Charity" and "The Great Journey".
4. What is the name of Tartarus' gravity hammer?

Answer: Fist of Rukh

Tartarus is regarded as either an underworld below Hades or all of the underworld with Hades as the part regarded as Hell. Elysium is the opposite of Tartarus because it was a section of the underworld where the souls of the virtuous and heroes rested. Elysium is also mentioned in the Halo Universe because the young Master Chief was born and spent his early years in Elysium City.
5. The Arbiter playable in "Halo 2" was the Supreme Commander of the Fleet of what?

Answer: Particular Justice

His fleet allowed the Pillar of Autumn to escape Reach and subsequently destroy the first Halo. He was sentenced to death, but was somewhat redeemed as becoming the Arbiter, who engages on suicide missions and was judged as equal to a death sentence.
6. Which of these weapons is not dual-wieldable?

Answer: Battle Rifle

With a scope and a 12 shot clip, it has some of the characteristics of the M6D pistol of "Halo 1". There are a decent amount of game types in "Halo 2" matchmaking that have the Battle Rifle as a starting weapon.
7. What is the name of "Halo 2's" physics engine?

Answer: Havok

It was developed and is made by the Irish software maker by the same name. Some other high profile games that use it are "Crackdown", "Dead Rising" and "Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent".
8. On what original multiplayer map can you find a funny "blue screen of death"?

Answer: Zanzibar

Among other things, it tells you, "If this doesn't work, scream and pound on keyboard". If it still doesn't work, it says to contact a system administrator.
9. The cannons on the Orbital Defense Grids and the Gauss Warthog both have weapons commonly referred to by what acronym shared with a computer brand?

Answer: MAC

MAC stands for Magnetic Accelerator Cannon. It uses a magnetic shell round and superconductive coils. The coils attract the shell to themselves, and they get gradually more powerful farther down the barrel.
10. Which of these facts is not true of the level, "The Great Journey"?

Answer: You can wield a Fuel Rod Cannon

To get Foundation without Xbox Live, never perform a "Banshee trick" for the whole game, and a tip window should come up telling you how on "The Great Journey". Perform one and the level is unlocked.
