Answer: Cairo Station, Egypt

Even though the Cairo Station is intended to guard Cairo, Egypt, the station itself is actually many thousands of kilometers away from the city. A notable fact about the three main stations (Malta, Athens, Cairo) is that in that order, it spells MAC. The MAC is the large weapon attached to each one of the stations and stands for Magnetic Accelerator Cannon.

The two levels set on Earth are "Outskirts" and "Metropolis". The definition for a metropolis is a large city, like New York City or Tokyo, (even Toronto is a metropolis). A city would be something like Las Vegas, Moscow or Calgary.

Answer: ODST Drop Pod

The Master Chief dropped down in an ODST drop pod with a Sergeant and a few other ODSTs. A nickname for an ODST is a Helljumper. They get their name because they drop from such great heights that some state as suicide. Master Chief, of course, is a Spartan, and is trained do do suicide missions like the ODSTs do.

Answer: Prophet of Regret

The Prophets of Truth and Mercy actually planned on the Prophet of Regret for two reasons. The first reason is that Mercy and Truth hated him. The other reason is they wanted the Brutes as their protectors instead of the Elites because they had more confidence in them. This leads to the Covenant Civil War.

Answer: Truth and the Index

The Master Chief intends to find the Prophet, kill him, and take the Index before they can activate the Halo ring. Also, the Chief fails, and the Prophet activates the Halo ring. The reason why everyone doesn't die is that ALL remaining Halo rings must be activated to follow the rule.

This is the only mission in the entire Halo franchise to have only one chapter. The name of the chapter is called "Inside Job", even though there are outside parts.

Answer: Anger

There is an invisible Grunt guarding this skull on Legendary. The grunt wields a Fuel Rod Gun and is very powerful. Some say that this Grunt is the most powerful of all the Grunts encountered in the game. It's too bad he doesn't have a name, though. After the Grunt is defeated, the Anger skull can be seen hovering above a small gravity lift.

This is one of the only four skulls found hovering in the game. The other three are the Mythic Skull, the Sputnik Skull and the Iron Skull.

The Master Chief actually leaves Cortana behind in the High Charity mothership so she can protect him from the Gravemind. Unfortunately, Cortana finds herself captured by the Gravemind and he finds all of her memories and obtains them.

Even though he falls to Earth at the beginning of "Halo 3", at the final cutscene of "The Great Journey" mission, he is seen reporting to Lord Hood from inside of Truth's ship.

Answer: Prophet of Mercy

The Prophet of Mercy is let to die by the Prophet of Truth, but dies in front of the Master Chief's face. A Flood Infection Form was on the front of his neck attempting to turn the Prophet into a Flood Prophet Form. Prophet Forms are not actually Combat Forms, since they are too weak to be so.

The Master Chief actually takes the Infection Form off of the Prophet, and then he dies. The Prophet of Mercy tells the Chief where the Prophet of Truth went before he died, and then the Chief finishes the fight in "Halo 3".
