Nick looks very dapper in his distinctive white suit. Before the zombie apocalypse, Nick was a conman and gambler. He is very hesitant to trust his allies and, because of his past, his allies can't trust him. During the apocalypse, he sticks out even more in a world full of zombies.

Answer: Midnight Riders

The Midnight Riders have two songs within the game, "One Bad Man" and "Midnight Ride". Both songs are played during "Dark Carnival's" concert climax and are also playable, along with other songs, on jukeboxes found in some campaigns.

Answer: Screamer

The Screamer was a concept zombie for "Left 4 Dead". It had no direct attack, but rather a loud scream which attracted all of the nearby zombies. Later in the development stages, it was cut and the horde-attracting effect was given to the Boomer's bile. The Spitter spits out green acid that burns the player.

The longer that the acid is active, the more damage it does. The Spitter is also the only female-only Infected (there is a female Boomer). The Jockey is capable of jumping onto the player's back and steering him/her away from their teammates or towards a dangerous obstacle.

The Charger is more of a brute force zombie; it charges at the player from far away, driving the player into a wall (unless it runs out of energy) and pounding them into the ground.

Answer: Jimmy Gibbs Jr.

Jimmy Gibbs Jr. will occasionally spawn as an infected wearing a blue jumpsuit. He has more health than common infected but with a special ability similar to that of an Uncommon Infected, the Mudman. In the "Dead Center" finale, the Survivors must collect gas throughout the mall to fuel Jimmy Gibbs' car. Once they have collected sixteen cans, they drive through the front door of the mall and, presumably, drive until the beginning of "Dark Carnival".

Answer: Clown infected

The clown infected, which brings a horde with it, is often a nuisance. Setting a (controlled) fire in front of a certain spot is a great way to both earn the achievement and get rid of a horde.

Answer: Boomer bile

Boomer bile covers the Infected in bile, causing all nearby Infected to attack the bile-covered zombie(s) as opposed to the Survivors. This is often used to distract a horde with the Survivors killing the Infected as they attack the bile-covered zombie.

Answer: Whispering Oaks Amusement Park

The Whispering Oaks Amusement Park seems to stir up nostalgic memories for both Coach and Ellis. Several rides are incorporated into the path that the Survivors take including a roller coaster which the Survivors must travel across, a "super slide" that the Survivors must run down and a carousel that attracts a horde.

Answer: Ducatel Sugar Co.

The Ducatel Sugar Company is a massive sugar mill that, during the apocalypse, became overrun with witches. The "Hard Rain" campaign was unique from other campaigns in the campaign involved going to a destination and then returning the same way. While the rain dynamic made the map different, picking up weapons while heading towards the boat fuel will affect available weapons on the way back. The finale takes place inside a Burger Tank, the joint that was previously seen in
"Left 4 Dead's" popular "No Mercy" campaign.

Answer: Virgil

Virgil first appears in the "Swamp Fever" campaign when he picks up the Survivors from the plantation where they were holding out. In "Hard Rain", he runs out of fuel and the Survivors are forced to travel through a sugar mill to pick up the necessary fuel. In "The Parish", he drops the Survivors off on the New Orleans waterfront. His fate, as of "Left 4 Dead 2", is unknown.
