In Madd Dogg's Rhymes, you have to travel to Madd Dogg's mansion, wipe out his guards, and steal his rhyme book. This is the beginning of Madd Dogg's downfall. After the mission, Tenpenny calls stating that CJ's been trying to avoid him and demands to meet him at the donut shop.

Answer: Reuniting the Families

In Reuniting the Families, you drive Ryder Wilson, a Grove Street member, Sweet, and Big Smoke, another Grove Street member. You go to the Jefferson Motel where the SWAT team arrives to ruin the meeting. Big Smoke and Ryder escape and you rescue Sweet, replying to Big Smoke and Ryder that you're not a buster.

A police chopper is waiting for CJ and Sweet outside the motel, and you have to destroy it, with the help of Sweet. Then you have to follow Sweet off the motel roof. They hear a car and Sweet thinks it's another police car, but it's actually Big Smoke and Ryder. You get in and Ryder gives you an AK47 to do a drive-by on the police cars. Ryder says that he got it from Emmet, in response to Carl stating it's an antique. Two police officers on motorcycles jump onto the back of the car and they may punch you.

After a while, the weapon gets jammed at a police roadblock and Big Smoke drives through a shortcut. Another chopper comes, yet Big Smoke goes forward killing a police officer on the back of the car by the chopper because it went too low. Eventually, Big Smoke goes too fast, crashing the car into a billboard and it gets destroyed when crashed into a tanker.

The gang is still alive though and Sweet tells everyone to split up.

In Badlands, you have to travel to a cabin on Mount Chilliad, whose owner is an ex-police officer which Tenpenny wants Carl to eliminate. Carl goes there and kills him on Mount Chilliad and takes a picture as evidence. Then he drives back to Angel Pine to get the photograph in.

Supply Lines... is said to be the hardest mission in "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas". "I am a twenty-eight year old man, who just had his landlord help him down from a hook, in which I have been hanging from my underwear for nearly two hours." Zero's mission strand is a bonus mission strand.

Yay Ka-Boom-Boom is the last Syndicate mission, Puncture Wounds is the last of the Wang Car missions, Toreno's Last Flight is the second to last Syndicate mission, and The Da Nang Thang is the last of Woozie's missions for now. When you go to the ranch, you meet a man who gives you a monster truck to race in.

It's a time trial race, yet you don't know anything that's going on, but you soon find out that Mike Toreno's alive.

In N.O.E., Mike Toreno sneaks behind you and surprises you with a fake act of killing. "I could've killed you in nine different ways." He wants you to fly a rustler to Angel Pine to drop supplies to his men. He can't do it because he has agents on his trail. You have ten minutes to fly the supplies to Angel Pine and return to the abandoned airfield, and you also have to stay below a radar or the army will try to bomb you down.

Answer: High Noon

In High Noon, Jimmy Hernandez and Eddie Pulaski are killed. Pulaski is killed in a car chase and Hernandez is murdered at Las Brujas. After the mission, Tenpenny is sentenced to trial.

Answer: no

Jimmy Hernandez is searching for meat to eat with C.R.A.S.H. while Tenpenny gives another favor. In this mission, you have to kill somebody to get a dossier.

Answer: Hazer

In Los Desperados, you go to Sweet's house and he's unhappy with you. Cesar comes by and tells CJ that his gang needs help. He agrees after talking with Sweet. You need to recruit two Grove Street members to help them. At Unity Station they meet up and decide to conquer the Vagos. Hazer gets shot at the alleyway and after more Vagos are killed, Carl offers to take Hazer to the hospital, but Cesar says he did more than enough.
