Benkei is a freakishly strong monk/warrior who, in the game, opposed Yoshitsume. Yoshitsume is a swords expert, wielding duel blades. He is also one of the last remaining members of the Genji clan. After fighting in a close quarters battle, Yoshitsume defeated Benkei and revealed his identity as one of the last survivors of the Genji. Benkei than joins Yoshitsume on his quest. Believe it or not, but both of these characters did once exist in real life.

Samamosuke is from "Onimusha Warlords and Onimusha 3: Demon Siege". Jubei is from "Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny" and will have a cameo in "Onimusha 4: Dawn of Dreams". Spider Rico and Clubber Lang are from the "Rocky" movies, as well as the games. I am Bruce, and Valasquez is a character from the first person shooter, "Killzone".
