After the Electromagnetic device causing Fortune's "luck" is deactivated by Ocelot, she is shot by him in the heart. However, when she rebounds, Ocelot remarks "I forgot... Your heart is on the right." This is caused by a congenital defect known as dextrocardia. Another form of dextrocardia can cause all of your organs to mirror, not just your heart. We also learn that Fortune was indeed very lucky when she personally deflects RAY's missile payload.

I need scissors! 61!" It's one of the more nonsensical conversations while others reference other "Metal Gear" or "Metal Gear Solid" games or try and wear down Raiden's psyche.
