Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. How do you get the Yoshi court? (N64 question)

Answer: By completing Yoshi's minigame in the GBC version and transferring.

Yoshi's minigame consists of hitting a panel with fruits on it against a wall. You can get the Yoshi court by transferring via the Transfer Pak wen you finish the minigame.
2. What are the difficulties that you can set the CPU as? (N64 + GBC)

Answer: Easy, Normal, Hard, Intense, Max.

You can unlock MAX by winning on the Star Tournament cups on Singles with every character in the N64 version. (that's a lot of cups!) You can face Mario + Peach in the GBC version as MAX difficulty. The difficulties only affect the CPU's reaction time, as I observed.
3. Who do you face in the Island Open semi-finals on singles? (GBC)

Answer: Emily

You face A. Coz in the finals, while you face Sammi in the first round. You can never face Kevin, or use him.
4. How do you get a Silver Racket? (GBC)

Answer: Swing your racket 100 times in a minigame.

When you get to singles varsity, you can access the swinging mini-game. When you get 100 swings, a fairy appears, and hands you a Silver Racket.
5. Who are the secret characters that are not unlocked/from the original cast? Note: Include EVERY character you can get.(N64)

Answer: Alex, Nina, Harry, Kate, Shy Guy, and DK Jr.

You can transfer characters between GBC and N64. Tommy and Sylvia are characters that I named. Alex, Harry, Kate and Nina are the original names for the boys and girls in the GBC version.
6. How do you unlock Mario? (GBC)

Answer: Beating Mario in Mario Tour singles.

After you beat the Island Open Tournament, you can challenge Mario.
7. How do you unlock the Star Court? (GBC)

Answer: Complete everything with your Mario Tour character.

The Star Court is part of Luigi and Mario's mini-game on the GBC, Boo Blast and Shooting Star. You have to complete everything with your Mario Tour character in the GBC version.
8. What type is your transferred character supposed to be from transferring your GBC character to N64? (N64)

Answer: Anything

You can make your character ANYTHING, such as a speedy person, a powerful person, a technique person, etc.
9. When did "Mario Tennis" for the N64 come out? (N64)

Answer: 2000

Funny, as how transferring works when the GBC version came out later.
10. When did "Mario Tennis" for the GBC come out? (GBC)

Answer: 2001

You can still transfer, even though this came after the N64 version.
