The first time I played through, this completely baffled me. Still, you can earn his custom tranquilizer sniper rifle, the Mosin Nagant, by lowering his stamina to 0. You earn his camoflauge by holding him up.

I thought this was just a crazy rumor at first, because let's face it, it doesn't sound too believable at first right? But it's the truth, infinite ammo comes in the form of a facepaint in this game, unlike the previous games where it was a bandana or a wig.

The Fear uses a crossbow with some very dangerous and poisonous bolts as projectiles. Be sure to pull out the bolt and use some serum as soon as you get hit by one.

This was a total shock for me. After beating the game, you hear several radio conversations with Ocelot and in one of them he reveals that although nobody knew it, he was actually ADAM.

There are 2 ways to go about this. One is to take your sniper rifle and pop The End in the back of the head before he is wheeled away as you're exiting the river coming from the caves. The second, and extremely cheap and funny way, is to save during your fight with The End, and then either turn the time on your ps2 forward a week or just simply not play for a week and then load it up.

When you start up again, a cutscene shows Snake sneaking up on an already dead The End.

What a kick in the teeth. Before I learned the easy way to get his camoflauge, I took forever to finally get it, only to find my stamina completely depleted shortly thereafter. If you don't feel like manually changing camoflauge constantly, and like to hunt for food a lot, this is your camo!
