It is listed in her profile. In Asian cultures, the family name is listed first, so she is listed as Chai Xianghua.

I watched the demos several times and nearly memorized them to be sure. The demos are the same, but are viewed at different angles.

I played Ivy's story twice in both English and Japanese. The dialogue is still subtitled in English when the voices are in Japanese. Some of the lines are shown to be different, depending on the language chosen for voices.
