1. Which of these Pokémon can learn Hurricane in generation 6?

Answer: Pidgeot

As unlikely as it sounds, Mewtwo can learn Hurricane. He doesn't even have wings!
2. In "Pokémon Yellow", which Pokemon does Prof. Oak catch in the tall grass and give to you?

Answer: Pikachu

At the start of the game, you get Pikachu. To get Charmander, Squirtle, or Bulbasaur, you will have to wait a while!
3. Which one of these is the odd one out with regards to evolution?

Answer: Pikachu

Pichu, Oddish, and Pidgey are all first in their evolution chain, while Pikachu is second. Pikachu evolves into Raichu, and from Pichu.
4. Which one of these is the odd one out with regards to types?

Answer: Bonsly

Oddish, Leafeon and Treecko are Grass types. Sudowoodo evolves from Bonsly when leveled up while knowing the move Mimic. Strangely enough, it is a Rock type.
5. Which one of these is not a Pokémon you're able to start with in any of the games?

Answer: Pidgey

Mudkip is one of the starter Pokémon from Gen III, while Pikachu and Charmander are from Gen I. You can get a Pikachu as a starter in "Pokémon Yellow".
6. Who are the people that catch Slowpokes and eat their tails?

Answer: Team Rocket

Slowpoke are so slow, it can take an entire day for them to notice their tail has been bitten! That must be why their own name tells that they're slow.
7. Which of these Pokémon can not be found near Pallet Town?

Answer: Pidove

Tangela can be found in the tall grass just south of Pallet Town. Tangela is rare, but is worth searching for.
8. Which is the odd one out with regard to their first appearance?

Answer: Entei

Entei first appears in Johto, while the rest are first appear in Kanto. Entei is one of the three legendary 'dogs', along with Suicune and Raikou.
9. Who is the leader of Vermilion City gym?

Answer: Lt. Surge

By beating Lt. Surge, you will get the Thunder Badge. Vermillion Gym is the electric type gym, so you probably shouldn't use a water type!
10. How do you get the Master Ball?

Answer: There is a man in Silph Co. who will give you one

There is only one Master Ball in the game. It will guarantee a Pokemon's capture when used. Use it wisely!
