The Magnaplate Armour is blue in colour. It highly resembles the Tetrafibre armour from "Ratchet & Clank 2" and absorbs 33% of all damage taken by Ratchet. A Skill Point can be earned by purchasing the Infernox Armour for 1,000,000 bolts. The Infernox Armour will first become available when you land on Planet Mylon. You will still need to come back to the Phoenix to buy the armour though, so make sure you actually need it before buying.

Answer: A teleporter

The teleporter takes you to the Insomniac Museum. Inside the museum are many features that never made it into the game. You can race Turbosliders, play secret vid-comics, and even drive a Megacorp Tank! To unlock the door to get to the teleporter you must collect every single trophy. Some trophies may be earned by difficult challenges while others can be found lying around the levels.

Answer: Weapons

The wings and noses are all unlocked automatically at the start of the game. While there are some paint jobs unlocked by default, most of them will require a certain number of Skill Points before they can be purchased. The final Paint Job you get is the "Insomniac Special" paint job.

While this is equipped, your ship will be entirely black except for an Insomniac logo on each wing and one on the nose.

The first Vid-comic is called "Booty is in the Eye of the Beholder" and is about Captain Qwark destroying a space pirate ship. The second comic is called "Ariba Amoeba" and is about Blackwater city being invaded by Amoeboids. The third comic is called "Shadow of the Robot" and is about Captain Qwark breaking into Dr. Nefarious' factory to stop him.

The fourth comic is called "Deja Q All Over again" and is about Dr. Nefarious trying to attack Qwark in Metropolis. The fifth and final comic is called "The Shaming of the Q" and is about Nefarious capturing Qwark.

The first five bolts can be found in the Qwark vid-comics. They are all earned by collecting 100 tokens and then finishing. The sixth bolt is found at the end of VR gadget training and is automatically collected. The seventh and final bolt is found at the end of the Nerves of Titanium challenge.

The challenge has 12 rounds but isn't all that difficult. If you have a couple of leveled up weapons and a decent amount of Nanotech, this challenge is sure to be a cinch.

Answer: After you find Qwark

When the Phoenix gets invaded, most of the enemies there are robot ninjas. The armour vendor and Gadgetron vendor are still usable but the area with the Vid-comics and the Trophy Room are sealed. Also, you will need to take a slightly longer route on your way to the bridge.There will also be an extra Gadgetron vendor next to your ship.

Answer: Hit Skrunch with the wrench

After Qwark gets his memory back, Skrunch will start running around the bridge. After hitting him, you will also get one bolt. This Skill Point can be made easier by using the Wrench Replacement cheat. To use the cheat, pause the game at any time and enter a special code found in the demo version, or you could cheat and look it up online.

The Wrench Replacement cheat will now be usable in the cheats menu.

Answer: Getting all Skill Points

The Skill Master Trophy looks like a floating crosshair. Like all achievement trophies, it is floating in a large ring which is sitting in a podium in the Trophy Room. There are a total of 30 Skill Points in all before you can get it.

Answer: A Skin

You can also get a 10% discount on all weapons if you have finished the second hoverboard race and won the Hologuise. The Skin is called "Old Skool Ratchet" and makes you look like Ratchet from the first game. To change Skins, pause the game and go into the Special menu.

Inside the menu there will be another menu called Skins which lets you change between Skins you have, and buy new Skins.

To activate the cheat, press up, up, down, down, left, right, circle, square, square at any time during Vid-comic game play. Also, while you're on the screen where you select the Vid-comic you want to play, press square to bring up another screen that asks for a password. If you type in a correct password, there are some cool mini-games to play.
