The Stronghold is located at the Barbarian Village. You'll hear 'Dogs of War' at level 1, 'Food for Thought' at level 2, 'Malady' at level 3 and 'Dance of Death' at level 4. You will need to open the trapdoor and then you can go down from the ladder. The basement is linked to the slayer dungeon, members only. East part of Lumbridge is still 'Harmony'. South part of Falador is 'Workshop'. You cannot go down into the sewers from the Varrock castle itself, even if you can, you will hear 'Scape Cave'.

Not a very common site, the Jolly Boar Inn is visited by players because of the vampire slayer quest. There is a black knight in the inn as well, but it won't hit you if you don't provoke it. It is pretty near the wilderness, so some players can be found outside, waiting for someone to enter the wilderness.

For non-members, if they die they will be at outside of the lumbridge castle, with 3 or 4 of their most valuable items (can be 0 if a skull is on head). When you create a character, you will start off in Newbie Island then come to mainland, again back to Lumbridge Castle. You can also use the teleport to lumbridge spell, which will send you to the Lumbridge Castle as well.

The mysterious old man may appear and send you to play a simple pinball minigame. Not really like a normal pinball game, it needs you to click the specific things to get out. If you mine too much, sometimes your pickaxe head can slip out of the handle and you have to find it.

The mysterious old man can sometimes hands you a magic box. Choose the correct answer to get gems or gold. Anytime of the game, frogs may appear and you may have to kiss the prince/princess frog to get a reward.

About hundreds of player killers can be found there daily in famous worlds, killing in groups of 3 to 8. Some people choose to sell food here to the player killers, to make fast and good money.

At lumbridge castle, you'll hear 'Harmony' and when you follow the path and turn, after walking sometime it will change to 'Flute Salad' and then change to 'Start' at the 3 way path. 'Autumn Voyage' can be heard if you cross the bridge over the river then head up the path. 'Unknown Land' can be heard if you head down from the 3 way path.

It doesn't matter even if you turn the music off, you will still get the music green in your list. Turning off is just an option for those who does not wish to hear the music, not for those who want the whole list red.
