1. How many different cups are there in Excite Mode?

Answer: 4

The four cups are: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
All of them have five courses in them that you must clear except for the Bronze which only has four.

2. Which of these is NOT a place where you can race?

Answer: Australia

Scotland is basically your basic course, just grassy with trees and everything. Finland is your ice course, and Mexico is of course the desert stage.

3. Which truck is unlocked first?

Answer: Summit

After completing the bronze cup the Summit is unlocked. Although it is unlocked first you may need it in the later courses.

4. Plum Crazy is one of the colors you can paint your truck.

Answer: true

None of the colors are just purple or green. Purple is Plum Crazy. No matter how weird the names our they, of course, do not affect your truck's ability any way. You just get your favorite colored truck and get to see your favorite color paint fly off your truck when you crash!

5. Which of these is not something you can do to earn stars?

Answer: None of these

Although it is a bit odd to get points for crashing, you do get one star. For the tree run and drifting, the longer you do it the more stars you earn.

6. The Platinum Canada course in Excite mode requires you to get how many stars to pass?

Answer: 220

There are only two laps in this course and you may be wondering how you can possibly earn that many stars with only two laps, but the laps are LONG. Plus there are a few pow icons that will let you drive through the trees near you to get a SUPER TREE RUN!

7. There is a truck called Starlight.

Answer: False

There is no such thing as the truck called Starlight- sounds a bit too elegant to be a name of a truck. Some of the real truck names are Serpent, Dominator, and Wolf.

8. You can crash by getting into deep water.

Answer: True

I have yet to see an instance where you will get a "Nice Crash" when landing in deep water, so try to avoid it. You can tell what water is deeper because the color is darker.

9. How do you unlock Super Excite Mode?

Answer: Getting S's in all the Excite courses

After completing the Platinum cup in Excite and not having S's in all the courses, you just get a message saying that you need to get an S on all the courses to unlock Super Excite. So you get to go back and redo all the courses if you didn't get an S on them in the first place.

10. How many players does Versus mode support?

Answer: Two

Unlike "Mario Kart", you can only play with one other person. You get to pick any of the courses you've completed and use any truck you've unlocked so it's basically like Excite Racing, only four trucks are gone.
