1. How many blue coins (in total) can be obtained in the game?

Answer: 240

There are thirty blue coins in each level excluding Delfino Plaza, Corona Mountain and Delfino Airstrip. There are nineteen blue coins in Delfino Plaza, with the twentieth coin located at Delfino Airstrip, and there are ten blue coins in Corona Mountain. You can buy a total of twenty-four Shine Sprites from the boathouse in Delfino Plaza with all the blue coins you collect.

2. In Sirena Beach, how many courses require you to go to the casino?

Answer: Three

You have to go to the casino for three missions including Episode 4 - The Secret of Casino Delfino and Episode 5 - King Boo Down Below.
You have to return to Episode 4 later on to complete the secret mission where you collect the eight red coins to get a Shine Sprite.

3. Which level is the only level that DOES NOT contain a Yoshi egg or mission?

Answer: Noki Bay

Even though you cannot find a Yoshi in Noki Bay, there is a sound file in the game's coding that suggests that the creators were going to put Yoshi in the level, but they decided against it. This is most likely because of the fact that there is more water in Noki Bay than in any other level, and Yoshis die when they touch the water in this game.

4. In Pinna Park Episode 6, The Yoshi-Go-Round's Secret, what color spots can you find on the blocks that are floating around in the secret level?

Answer: blue, black, green, red

The blocks are modeled to look similar to Yoshi Eggs, probably because you need Yoshi to enter the course. They rotate in a clockwise formation at the very beginning of the secret level.

You fight Monty Mole in Episode 1 in order to uncork the waterfall, Gooper Blooper in Episode 2 in order to drop down into the secret chamber to get the Shine Sprite, and you fight Eely-Mouth in order to solve the pollution problem. Gooper Blooper is more of a "hidden" boss because most people remember fighting him in Ricco Harbor, but not in Noki Bay.

You actually can find huge, block shaped watermelons in some levels. When you ground pound the watermelons, they explode and sometimes a coin will pop out.

Afterwards, the judge finds Mario guilty and orders him to clean all of his graffiti before he is allowed to leave Isle Delfino. You then (finally) get to play the game after many short cutscenes leading up to the first mission, which is to clean all the graffiti in Bianco Square.
