Answer: Polluted Piranha Plant

The Polluted Piranha Plant is defeated by spraying water into his mouth. He is seen 3 times in Delfino Plaza, once at the Delfino Airstrip, and one time in Bianco Hills.

2. Who is the main boss in Bianco Hills that you fight twice?

Answer: Petey Piranha

Petey Piranha is defeated by spraying water in his mouth and ground pounding his belly button. You fight him both in Bianco Hills inside the windmill and around the beginning area of Bianco Hills.

3. What location do you fight Mecha-Bowser?

Answer: Pinna Park

Mecha-Bowser is fought while you ride in a roller coaster. After you defeat him a cutscene shows that Shadow Mario is really Bowser Jr.

4. How to you defeat Mecha-Bowser?

Answer: By shooting missiles at him

The missiles can shoot Mecha-Bowser and destroy the Bullet Bills from behind you. If you hit Bowser in the tummy or the head it will be a direct hit that will do more damage.

The boss fight with Phantamanta takes place outside the hotel. The boss fight with King Boo takes place under the casino.

Delfino Plaza and Pianta Village are the only two locations in the game that doesn't have a boss. In Pianta Village you fight Chain Chomps, Wind Duppies and Bees.

You have to fight Bowser right after you get to the top of Corona Mountain. To defeat him you have to use the Rocket Nozzle on 5 symbols around Bowser and that is it.
