Lloyd's mother Ann was turned into a monster by the work of Kvar, one of the five grand cardinals, and her husband Kratos was forced to kill her. Marble was turned into a monster by Forcystus, and killed by Lloyd. Alicia was turned into a monster by Vharley and killed by Regal.

Before the final battle, everyone tries to convince that what Mithos is doing is wrong that he should give up. Everyone gives a little speech to try to change him. Raine says that people can change, even if it takes a while, they can still change.

This is because Sheena is a summoner. She can activate the Mana Cannon with the help of the summon spirits. It was her job to take care of the Kharlon Tree while the others invaded the human ranch.

Pronyma deceives Rodyle by giving him a cruxis crystal that gives him ultimate power. Instead it turned him into an exsphere monster during the battle between him and the heroes.

The half-elf Harley and his human friend Linar try to blow up the stage in Asgard. They fail to do so because Lloyd and Raine stop them. Harley can tell that Genis and Raine are half-elves; Genis doesn't want to hear it.

The elite of the underworld (or Sword Dancer) is a skull-like sub boss that you encounter throughout your adventure. You first meet it at the end of Ossa Trail Cave. If you beat it once, you get the Yata Mirror. It then moves to Gaoracchia Forest for a rematch, but this time tougher. Beat it again and you get a Yasakani Jewel. It moves to Iselia Forest for a final rematch. Beat him again for good and you'll send him back to the underworld and get Kusanagi Blade, which is Lloyd's most powerful weapon.
