The Worlds of "Kingdom Hearts II" Quiz

Agrabah, Hollow Bastion, and Atlantica may look different then they did in the original "Kingdom Hearts", but they were in fact in both games. Port Royal is based on the movie franchise "Pirates of the Caribbean". Captain Jack Sparrow is an optional party member. Other worlds that appeared in both games are Halloween Town and Hundred Acre Wood.

In order of left to right (if facing the windows), the locations are Building Site, Lilliput, Scene of the Fire, and Mickey's House. Each section contains a different mini battle and events that need to be completed. All of these locations connect to one another, so the windows are not necessary each time you want to travel through the world.

Sora and the others go to the Hinterlands forest. At the end of the forest, they find a tree with a Christmas-tree shaped door on it. When they go inside, they find themselves in the Christmas-themed Christmas Town. A cut scene shows that two other trees have doors that lead to Thanksgiving and Easter, but they are unusable by Sora and friends.

Answer: Pride Rock

Pride Rock is home to the characters of the Disney movie "The Lion King". Simba was a summon in the first "Kingdom Hearts" game, but he is now an ally. Sora and company have to help him fight a shadow version of his deceased Uncle Scar, and a giant Heartless that threatens the Pride Lands. Donald becomes an unspecified type of bird, and Goofy is a turtle.

"One of Us" is a song from "The Lion King II: Simba's Pride". Sora, Donald, and Goofy participate in singing four songs with Ariel. "Part of Your World" is about Ariel's longing to get to the surface world. "Under the Sea" is a tune Sebastian makes to try and get Ariel to realize that sea life is much better then life above. "Ursula's Revenge" is about Ursula trying to end Ariel and the others.

The final song in this world is "A New Day is Dawning".

Answer: Twilight Town

Traverse Town is a world from the first "Kingdom Hearts" game. It does not appear in "Kingdom Hearts II". Roxas is seen in The World That Never Was, but only in a cut scene. He is not seen in Hollow bastion at all. When the player is in control of Roxas, he is on his summer vacation from school.

Answer: Yen Sid's Tower, Wardrobe

The three fairies that give Sora his new clothing are Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather from Disney's "Sleeping Beauty". They argue over what color his new clothes should be, at first. In the end, they combine their magic to give Sora the clothing he has for the rest of the game.

They decide to give Sora new clothes because his old ones were too small. His old pants comically only went down to his knees.

Answer: Space Paranoids

Underworld is part of Olympus Coliseum. Timeless River is a world within the world of Disney Castle. Betwixt and Between is the world that leads from the Simulated twilight Town to The World That Never Was. Space Paranoids is a high tech world in a computer inside Ansem's study. It is here that Sora and company meet a new ally named Tron.

Answer: Havoc's Divide

The Hall of Empty Melodies contains two parts. Part one is on the ground, where Xigbar is fought. Part two is above like a balcony. Altar of Naught is the top-most part of the castle. You can get to Addled Impasse through Saïx's marker. Havoc's Divide is where Luxord is fought.

Answer: Merlin's House

The Hollow Bastion Restoration Committee meets in Merlin's house. Members are Yuffie, Aerith, Cid, Leon, and Merlin. Sora himself is an honorary member. The team created the defense system that protects the town.

Answer: Summit

The man in the black robe leads the gang on a chase up to the mountain's Summit. The man summons an army of Rapid thrusters to aid in his battle with Sora. After the battle, Sora and the others have to chase after a giant dragon heartless to warn the Emperor of its approach.

Answer: Platinum

Platinum Match is available in "Kingdom Hearts", but not in "Kingdom Hearts II". In "Kingdom Hearts", entering the Platinum Match lets you fight against Sephiroth of "Final Fantasy VII"!

Answer: White

These thorns are the product of Maleficent trying to take over the castle as her very own. In the end, Sora and company save the Cornerstone and restore the castle to it's thorn-free state.

Answer: Central Computer Core

The MCP harbors a massive hate for all "users" in the outside world. With the assistance of Commander Sark, it tries to destroy Sora and his friends for revenge.

Answer: He's forgotten his friends, including Sora

Before the book is ruined, Sora goes in to visit Pooh. Pooh knows who he is. But after Sora is forced to leave and stop the Heartless, the book is all beaten up. Sora goes to check up on Pooh. He doesn't recognize Sora and calls him "somebody I don't know".
