"Twilight Princess": Bosses Trivia Quiz

Answer: Gale Boomerang

This baboon, has caused trouble through the Forest Temple and when you finally fight him, be ready to have a boomerang thrown at you. It is the Gale Boomerang and once you defeat him, the parasite that was on the monkey dies and the baboon returns to his normal self and you also gain the Gale Boomerang. So you now get to go off and rescue more monkeys!

Answer: Diababa

This boss has two phases, one is just two plants. When you kill the two plants with the bomb bugs, then Diababa emerges and the baboon comes to help. Beware of the water that Diababa lives in, it will hurt you if you step on it. An interesting little tidbit is that if you go back the water will be clean and you can swim in it, but if you dive to far down it will have the same effect as if you fell down a gorge, from the sky, etc.

Answer: Iron Boots

This rather large Goron is guarding the Hero's Bow and will attack you when you try to get it. He will jump on to the magnetic platform you are on and make it float on the lava. So to stay on you need to use the Iron Boots. Here some of your sumo skills will come in handy, you will need to throw the Goron into the lava to damage him.

The boss, Fyrus is really the Goron's leader, Darbus. So to return him to his natural state you must defeat him. He is the only boss without more than one phase. All you have to do is shoot his glowing eye with an arrow then put on the iron boots and pull on his chains, he will fall and that's your chance to attack him.

When you walk into the room the mini-boss does not attack you, but if you talk to Midna she says that something doesn't feel right. So you look up and there is a nice toad-like monster that is about to attack you. Defeat him and the Clawshot is yours.

Answer: Eye

This guy is named Morpheel, and like the Diababa, this boss has two phases. In both phases you must use the clawshot on his eye and then attack it. The first phase Morpheel has the eye in one of his tentacles, but the second phase it's on his back.

The mini-boss is a ghost, possibly a poe. You must free the sword by attacking one of the ropes. Then switch into wolf form so you can see him with you senses. After defeating him, you get the spinner.

Answer: Stallord

Stallord is just a skeleton when you first enter the room, but Zant decides that he is going to bring him back to life so you can fight him. After defeating Stallord the pathway to the mirror chamber is opened. You will see a short scene there leading you on your next quest.

Answer: Tail

This monster uses the ball and chain to attack you. As you are in an enclosed space, you must use the clawshot to get behind the monster so you don't get attacked by the ball and chain. The ball and chain will then be used to break ice and hit various other objects.

Answer: Ice Mass

Yeta is Yeto's wife and she is actually very kind, but as she looks in the shard of the Mirror of Twilight she becomes corrupted and attacks you. All you have to do to beat her is to hit her with the ball and chain. After defeating her you get the second shard of the Mirror of Twilight.

Answer: Dominion Rod

As you enter the room you look up and see a very large spider named Armogohma. It will attack you buy shooting a laser-like attack from it's eye and by laying spider eggs that hatch very quickly. After defeating this boss you get the third piece of the Mirror of Twilight.

Answer: Shield

This dragon has a shield which you must use the clawshot on to pull the monster towards you. After defeating it you get another clawshot, so you then have the double clawshots.

Answer: Dragon

The only thing you'll need to defeat this dragon is the double clawshots and your sword. Like most other bosses he has two phases, the first you must use the clawshot on his tail and then put on the iron boots, or vice versa, then you must use the clawshot on his back and attack his weak spot with your sword. After defeating this dragon you get the final piece of the Mirror of Twilight.

Answer: Dominion Rod

Zant basically revists some of the previous boss battles. The first phase of this battle puts you where you fought Diababa and you must use the Gale Boomerang to defeat Zant in this phase. Some other place you'll visit are the Goron Mines, where you fought the mini-boss, where you fought Morpheel in the Lakebed Temple, and in front of Hyrule Castle.

The only things you'll need for the fight against Ganon is your sword, your wolf form, and if you want, your arrows. His first form is Zelda. Yup, Zelda. He takes control of her and you must reflect her/his energy attacks with you sword. The next phase is Dark Beast Ganon, you must knock him down and attack his stomach, then you must fight Ganondorf on horseback, and the final battle is just a good old-fashioned sword fight.

This is the last boss fight of the game so enjoy it.
