He took down three "Gears" with his bare hands! He later awakened Fei's true powers and turned him into "Id", but was later killed by Fei.

Shao Kahn was a strong emperor. He nearly killed Lui Kang, but was later defeated by him. His half-brother is Raiden, and his father is Shinook. Quan Chi once worked for Shao Kahn, but later killed him with the help of Shang Tsung.

Dizzy isn't really a villain, but she was a boss in the "Guilty Gear" for Playstation 2. She was a hard boss too, probably, because she was the last person you fought in the game. Testament is the Scythe wielding Gear that protects her from everything he feels is a threat to her.

Ninja is a world favorite. His voice as well as his appearance made him cool. It's a shame that he had to turn good. He was such a cool villain with his invisibility ability. His code name was Gray Fox and he used to fight alongside with Solid Snake.
