1. Who pilots E.S. Asher with chaos at the start of the game?

Answer: Canaan

Canaan is a Realian capable of handling an E.S. in ways that are physically impossible for humans to withstand. Unfortunately, Canaan is not a playable character in the game.

2. What type of relic is put into the E.S.s to make them more capable than your standard A.M.W.S.?

Answer: Anima relics

Not much is explained about the Anima relics during the game other than that they are a source of power. "Episode III" sheds a lot more light on the subject however.

Very nautically themed, Moby Dick's is a restaurant the Shion seems to have frequented as a teenager. Shion was surprised when she walked in though because the location was different from before.

When Proto Omega awakens, it causes the entire planet of Miltia to basically explode. The Omega System is the final dungeon in the game.

9. Who ends up killing the Patriarch?

After you defeat the Patriarch, the Testaments show up and eliminate both the Patriarch and Proto Omega. The Testaments the steal the Zohar and leave.

10. What name does Wilhelm call chaos?

Answer: Yeshua

In a scene when Abel's Ark appears and takes the Zohar before vanishing again, Wilhelm calls chaos Yeshua. Chaos tells Wilhelm that he's not going to hold back anymore.
