Two famous Goats (last in their class) of West Point were George Pickett and George Armstrong Custer. By contrast, Douglas MacArthur finished first in his 93-person class.

Answer: University of Chicago

Through 2008, the University of Chicago claims ties to 25 of the 62 individual Nobel Laureates in Economic Sciences. Of the 25, six are current members of their faculty. From its inception in 1947 through 2009, Chicago can also claim 17 John Bates medalists. The prestigious John Bates Clark Medal is given biannually by the American Economic Association to "that American economist under the age of forty who is adjudged to have made a significant contribution to economic thought and knowledge".
