The inside of the Wren Building has been destroyed by fire three times (1705, 1859, and 1862), the last time by Federal troops during the Civil War. The question, "Was Christopher Wren the architect?", is discussed on the official website of Colonial Williamsburg. The answer to the question has remained unresolved for over 300 years.

Answer: University of Michigan
