Porto-Novo is the official capital and seat of the legislature, while Cotomao is the de facto seat of government and judicial bodies. Benin, located on the west coast of Africa, is long and narrow and meets the Atlantic Ocean at its southern border. Its estimated population is 10.9 million.

Sri Lanka is an island east of India in the Indian Ocean, and was formally named Ceylon. Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte is actually a suburb of Colombo. Its population is 21.7 million.

La Paz contains the national executive, legislative, and electoral bodies. Bolivia was named for Simon Bolivar, who inspired several South American countries to seek independence. It is now landlocked but at one time bordered the Pacific Ocean. Estimated population is 11.4 million.

Myanmar has Naypyidaw as its official capital and site of government but Yangon is considered its commercial capital. Myanmar bordered by India and Bangladesh to its west, Thailand and Laos to its east and China to its north. My old geography text called it Burma and Yangon was named Rangoon. An estimated 53.5 million people call it home.
10. Comayagüela and Tegucigalpa

Answer: Honduras

Comayagüela and Tegucigalpa are sister cities and share the main functions of government although Tegucigalpa is the constitutional capital. Poverty and unstable government have seen a large number of citizens migrate, leaving a population of around 9.1 million.
