Answer: Woodrow Wilson

Puffins are black and white birds with reddish orange striped beaks. Unfortunately no information is available on the internet that clarifies if his cat was black and white like a puffin or the cat was just "puffy". Wilson also had a ram, sheep, songbirds and 2 dogs.
2. The name of Bill Clinton's cat was _________ ? (Hint:You wear them on your feet)

Answer: Socks

During the Clinton administration there was a cartoon version of Socks the cat on the White House website, and "Socks" has his own fan club site. (Reference http://en.wikipedia.org) After Bill Clinton left office Socks went to live in Maryland with Clinton executive secretary Betty Currie.
